My warranty recently ran out on my 2006 Audi S4 and I need to get an oil change. I do not want to go to the dealership because they obviously overcharge for every service. I would like to find a good place near downtown Chicago or near Schaumburg. I want a place that has a great price but also great quality and they are familiar with Audi’s and high end German cars. I’m planning to buy and import a 2001 audi a4 from the US into Vancouver, Canada.

It’s hard to find the kind i want in manual, if i bought one with auto is it possible to someone covert it to manual, if yes what would be the cost.

I just purchased a 2004 Audi A6 with about 59,000 miles on it. I don’t have the actual manual so I don’t know when is the proper time to have the timing belt changed. Does anyone know when this is supposed to happen? Its a 3.0 if that helps.

I have a 2002 Audi A4. I can see the battery and it seems easy to remove both of the cables. However, there is a plastic bar covering the battery, making the battery difficult or impossible to remove. The plastic bar is connected to the surrounding mount. I cannot figure out how to open this plastic bar. Any ideas?

I have an Audi a4 with 57K miles, and it is due for 60K service. The dealer asks for $800, and it doesn’t include timing belt.

My question is how much should I pay for replacing timing belt? and is $800 a fair price to charge for 60k service?

This may or may not be a stupid question!! But I have an Audi A4 that REVs too high compared to other comparable… Is it possible (or even worth) changing/resetting the computer to help the gear ratios?

If its possible, is it best to get a mechanic to do the job or can any smart minded person do the job?

I’m looking to purchase a cpo audi tt 3.2 but all of the ones near me are manual. I could pay about six grand more and buy a tt 3.2 with an auto but dont know if it could be cheaper to change the transmission on it once purchased?
