As long as nothing major goes wrong you should be fine. I have a 2002 A4 and 2 months after i bought it, it needed a new head gasket which cost me almost $3000. Its good that the belts were replaced. Watch out for the abs light or the airbag light. It is a common problem on the 98 to 2001 a4's. I have a feeling that car is going to cost you a lot of money. 1875 is way too cheap. As for the brake light flashing, have that looked at, it may be a loose wire. Was the H20 pump and thermostat changed when the timing belt was done? You did score a deal.
