Starting April 9, the world will get its first peek at next year’s Audi TT at AMI Lepzig. So far, details are iffy on exactly what we can expect from the 2011 coupe and roadster, but the car is due for a mild facelift. We’re guessing new front and rear fascias and a revised wheel program are likely to find their way into the soup de jour.

While the reworked TT models will be the highlight of the show, Audi has also promised to bring along a slew of its other products. Nestled among the 25 production models and two show cars will be the freshly-minted A1 compact as well as at least one of the e-Tron show cars. AMI Lepzig will run from April 9-18. Proficiency is a wonderful thing to see in any category – we can even watch a great lawn bowler do his thing for a minute or two. So, when it’s something closer to our interests, like Audis and Photoshopping, we can hang in a little longer. What you see here isn’t an Audi S1 – just an A1 made to look like one. Highly sped up, it takes a few minutes to make this happen. It will probably take Audi a little longer, but make no mistake, we hope they’re watching. I have a 2003 Audi A4 with 75K miles on it. The dealer is pushing to have the timing belt replaced, but it isn’t recommended in the user manual until 105K miles. I have seen a lot of problems with premature breakage on the late 90s models. Has this problem been fixed or is it still an issue? I am driving from OK to Alaska in January and really don’t want to have it break driving through Canada….

My Audi has sat for a couple months. It starts but no matter what gear I put it in it shows 3rd on the display. It has an automatic transmission. When I try the gas it does not move no matter what gear the shifter lever is in. Any ideas? Could it just be low fluid? Did the transmission blow?

I’m thinking of buying an Audi A3 2007 2.0 FSI , normally aspirated. I’d like to know where I can find real info on what it would cost to repari if A/C broke down, or to replace shocks, fix a console etc etc. Also if anyone thinks this is a money eating car in terms of repairs please let me know also. I’m driving my dad’s Audi Q7 Quattro and for the life of me can’t figure out how to turn off the air conditioner. There’s no off switch!
There is also no snow flake or down arrow keys in the car

Where are the fuses for the cigarette lighters in an Audi Q7 (2006, S Line 3.0 TDi)? It must be all separate fuses as the sockets have gone one by one, first the ones in the central console, then the ones in the rear passenger area and finally now the one in the boot. I have checked the fuse box in the boot on the right behind the panel, but all those fuses seem OK, so the fuses must be somewhere else, any ideas?
