not ALL 4Motion is Haldex nor is all Quattro Torsen. has to do with which motor & Platform is used. Audi TT is a Transverse Engine and Haldex. Passat is Longitude Audi V6 and Torsen. Its the exact same system.

wow… i took a visit to subaru dealer today and the saleman was talking about the legacy as some kind of beast, now i see how beasty they are O,o doubt if my avalon can drive in snow like that….

yea well compared to the other years where u get atleast 20 cms or enough snow where u actually need some decent tires but this year gave nothing cept for a couple days ago where we got like 15 cms and even the city says they saved money with the lack of snow we got this year =p
anyway id be happy with 20+ cms xD

fucking toronto got no snow this winter its soo bullshit im pissed off and i was looking forward to this kind of snow too

this winter was also the first time i invested in winter tires and i feel like i wasted my money when the most snow we got in toronto at 1 point was like 5 cms -_-
we just got rain for christmas and new years, this doesnt even seem like canada anymore….
shudve stuck with all season tires, last winter i drove through a freash almost 3 feet tall snow bank lol

I got a 2000 Passat v6 Awd….Same awd as the a4!! I’ve hit snow like this and let me tell you, they handle!!!

The best thing about the Subaru is it’s about half the price of the Audi and has a comparable AWD system performance wise. I’m loving my WRX.
I’m from Michigan too but near Detroit. We don’t get nearly as much lake effect snow as the western side of the state does.

yeah ilove ym subaru, its an 04 wagon with 97k and still runs like a champ, fast, dependable, fun i love it
