Step 1, Write on piece of paper that you want break pads replaced.

Step 2, Drop car off at STS with Note on it.

Step 3, Call STS and tell them to fix it.

Step 4, When it is fixed they will call you to come and pick it up.

You might need a special piston tool. Some cars have to have their rear calipur piston rotated as they are pressed back into the cylinder. Not rotating them can cause damage. Auto Zone sells a 12 piece disc brake calipur tool set that fits almost any brake system for about $30.

Should be discs, just like the front. Will probably use different size sockets and such, but other than that, it should be the same.
